The next Intelligence question: where does an enquiry stall? Structure requests by product, application and stage. Compare response times and accepted quotations to find whether the bottleneck is missing information, availability or follow-up.
Worked example · Hypothetical figures
12 accepted ÷ 40 quoted = 30%
In a hypothetical cohort of 40 quotations, 12 accepted quotes mean 30% acceptance. Compare like-for-like periods and record unresolved quotes separately before drawing a conclusion.
