The next Intelligence question: can people find a resource and reach the right contact? Measure aggregate navigation and response handling with permission. Personal prayer content stays outside general analytics.

90 answered ÷ 100 enquiries = 90%
For 100 hypothetical general enquiries, 90 answered means a 90% response rate. Use agreed response windows and aggregate counts; private message content is not needed for this measure.
