Is Cloud a separate MereSimplicity division?
MereSimplicity Cloud is the managed hosting and support service within MereSimplicity Build. It supports the websites and applications used in everyday business.
Can you manage an application we already have?
We assess the application, hosting access, dependencies and maintenance requirements first. Any migration, remediation and ongoing management are agreed before taking over.
Does the monthly service include unlimited development?
The service covers the hosting, maintenance and support stated in your agreement. New features, substantial integrations and expansion are quoted as separate projects.
What response time and availability do you promise?
Coverage, response targets and recovery requirements are agreed for the specific service. Your proposal sets out those commitments and the infrastructure needed to support them.
